    3 burpee buy-in
    11s – Thrusters and Hand Release Merkins
    30 yard MOT between each round: Bear crawl, Lunge walk, burpee broad jump, run, murder/reverse bunny – repeat X1
    Emom: 4 minute timer with 3 burpees at alarm

    Complete all 10 rounds for time.
