In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.
Nickels and Dimes at The Rabbit Hole
This morning, May 10, 2024, we moseyed around the quarry where we made ten stops along the way to perform some work.
We began by moseying to the shelter house, followed by the Rabbit Hill and proceeded around the quarry and ended back at the shovel flag for some cadence work.
At each stop we performed 5 burpees and ten reps of some other exercise the Q called out.
We had a surprise DR visit from Jennay and we welcomed back a Kotter in the form of Jimmy Hart. Welcome back, Kotter!
