   Five Core Principles:

   Be open to all men
   Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
   Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
   End with a Circle of Trust

It is each person’s responsibility to be safe and modify exercises if you need to. We all do it, the most important thing is that you don’t get hurt.

   Warm up:
   SSH
   Chain Breaker
   Windmill

   Workout:
   Mosey to a location. One person picks up trash, the other does the work. Timer on the phone set for 2 minutes, switch when the bell goes off.

   Work:
   Merkins
   Squats
   Mike Tysons
   Lunges

   A lot more trash along the way than anticipated, PAX was inclined to grab what they saw. Such a large area to cover, next time a ruck to explore and grab would work better.
