8 5-minute rounds. in each round begin by running 200m (1/2 lap) putting in 30 reps of work, running the other 200m, then the rest of the time is spent accumulating burpees. score is total burpees after 40 min. reps for the 8 rounds were:

Side Straddle HopsThat was a lot of burpees. all together the group had well over 1200! Everybody gave a terrific push and maintained a blistering pace.
