‘Four Corners’ with stations of Pull (Row, curl, pull up) Push (off balance murican, block press, decline murican) Abs (sit up, block pull through in plank, bicycle 2:1), Legs (block squat, block lunge walk, jungle boys). 23 reps at each station, 3 burpees at the center when rotating. Hold plank if you get to a station where someone already is until done.
