Clear, ~53°F at 0530, and only 5 pax. a couple guys called out sick, but apparently people thought that after the total Burpeeclipse last week, it just couldn’t get any better. Ah well, 5 hearty souls hit the jackpot today.
THANG:
a partner 7’s workout in 3 phases.
Phase 1: pairing partner Squats and partner BBSU on either end of the 40y gap.
Phase 2: pairing partner Cindy Swings and partner Cindy x-over Merkins on either end of the 40 y gap.
Phase3: kinda oyo, kinda with your partner, doing squat thrusters at the bottom of the sledding hill and Burpees at the top.
7+6+5+4+3+2+1 = 28 so pax got some good reps of some hard exercises today, with a decent bit of running, including some hills, to boot.
COT: COR/NOR, Whopper 6. Great to see Whopper back in the gloom after a couple months away for winter/health/life getting in the way.
The early morning was thoroughly punched in the face. Honored to be a part of it!
