    We ran up the bridge and over then down and under then up and over then down and under. Kind of like off and on ramps and Pax completed about 4-5 laps- Sprinted Hills and ran backwards at Orleans park every lap.

    Geppetto closed out the COT, COR, NOR, BOM, and Picture which never surfaced!

    The course consists of the grass inner circle from the firepit to the next bench to the checkerboard to the next bench and back to the firepit.
    Complete each exercise at Firepit is 5 reps, bench is 10 reps, checkboard is 15 reps and bench is 20 reps

    F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
    Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
    The core principles of F3 are that it must:
    Be free of charge
    Be open to all men
    Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
    Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
    End with a Circle of Trust

    Count-O-Rama to ensure we end with the same number we start with – Ten

    Five Core Principles

    Six Pax assembled this cool, windy Monday morning. We found some shelter behind the building near the caboose on the Wabash Cannonball.
    The site Q forgot the shovel flag, but as it isn't a core principle, we let him off the hook.

    In order to honor Spaulding (100 Q's) and Fat Amy (1K posts) we measured a 1,000 foot straight away (~2/10 of a mile) on the Wabash and we ran that length 8 times. Each time we ran the distance, we collectively performed 100 reps of an exercise. This translated to roughly 17 reps per pax.
    Exercises performed were:
    merkins, burpees, Bonnie Blairs, BBSU, Windmills, Peter Parkers, PJST, and Absolutions.

    Along the way we found keys on a lanyard with airpods and a fresh vape machine. We threw away the vape but stowed the keys and lanyard in a safe place then posted a photo on the Whitehouse Community Facebook page.

  • Rabbit Hole (Whitehouse Library) – Michael DuShane

    Beautiful morning with mild temps and very little wind. Finally feeling like spring in the gloom.

    We began with a mosey to the backside of the Rabbit Hill where I explained the work to be done.
    We would run up the back slope to the top of the hill where we would perform 20 reps each of 3 exercises. The three exercises were:
    Merkins
    Peter Parkers
    Bonnie Blairs

    After the 60 reps pax would run down the slope to the paved trail and return to the top of the hill for more reps of the same three exercises.
    Repeato until 5:55.

    Nex we worked our way down the Rabbit Hole and moseyed back to the flag where we ended with a circle merk.

    Six was Sprocket.
