    FNG’s:

    Mission and Principles:
    F3: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission: To plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it is always:
    1. Free of charge
    2. Open to all men
    3. Held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
    4. Led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
    5. Ends with a Circle of Trust
Credo: Leave no man behind but leave no man where you find him

    Warm-up: N/A

    The “Thang”:

Discussed “Time” prompted by the questions below:

    • Why Does Time Feel So Valuable to Us?
Start by exploring why time feels so precious. Share personal moments that highlighted time’s value, like missing a key event or treasuring fleeting moments with family. Discuss how time’s one-way nature shapes your choices and whether you’d trade anything (e.g., money, career) for more of it.
    • How Do We Spend Our Free Time, and Is It Fulfilling?
Move into how each of you uses “free” time—those hours not tied to work or obligations. Share whether you spend it on hobbies, relaxation, or catching up on tasks, and if it feels meaningful or slips away. Discuss one activity that feels like a great use of time and why.
    • When Are We Most Productive, and How Can We Use That?
Shift to discussing your natural productivity peaks—morning, afternoon, or evening. Compare when you feel most focused and energized, and how you align tasks with those times. Share tips like morning routines or evening wind-downs that maximize efficiency.

    • What Time-Wasting Habits Hold Us Back?
Dive into habits that steal time, like mindless scrolling or overplanning. Discuss why these habits persist and share one practical idea to curb them, such as setting phone timers or batching small tasks.
    • How Can We Focus Time on What Truly Matters?
Conclude by exploring how to prioritize meaningful goals. Discuss strategies like using a priority matrix, saying “no” to low-value tasks, or setting clear intentions for the day. Share one goal you’d focus on if you had an extra hour daily.
