Black Ops Ruck This is NOT intended to replace the Pump Station beatdown For me personally, come Sunday my body is a little tired and I have too often fart sacked the Pump Station because I’m not wanting to do a beatdown. I still want to get out and do something and I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m not the only one that feels this way. We are launching this Black Ops to see if there is an interest in a ruck for those that may not currently be going to the Pump Station.

This is meant to be more of a fun one. Will make the best of the snow and alternate between some reps and making snowballs. Bring a block and some warm clothes. We’ll figure out plan B if the snow isn’t cutting it.

This maybe part of the workout and it might not be part of the workout! You’ll have to show up to find out!!

THIS WILL BE A FUN ONE!! We'll be holding sled races at the BIG HILL with prizes for the winners and even bigger prizes for the losers! If you have a sled please bring it and let me know so I can ensure there are enough sleds!
