WARM UP:
Mosey to the Hill
WORKOUT:
– Divide info two teams
– Side Straddle Hops (in cadence)
while 1 PAX runs up hill to get card.
– Number of reps = number on card.
– Face cards & Aces are 12 reps
– Exercise movement corresponds with the suit as indicated below.
– Winning team gets a “special prize” 🍆♥️ – Burpee
