    Workout: The Murph

    FNG’s: N/A

    Mission and Principles:
    F3: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission: To plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it is always:
    1. Free of charge
    2. Open to all men
    3. Held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
    4. Led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
    5. Ends with a Circle of Trust
Credo: Leave no man behind but leave no man where you find him

    Warm-up: N/A

    The “Thang”:

Ended up running an audible and rucked instead. Mile High did some pullups, merkins, and squats in the middle of the ruck.

Spreadsheets from the Gloom: This was a last minute event as there was no Q on the schedule and the majority of The Gauntlet regulars are taking part in IPC at The Foundry during this month. Mile High was gracious enough to meet and we had some good mumbe chatter during our ruck. Perfect warmup for IPC that followed.

    Discussion:
Discussion centered around the topic of Carry Your Share.

Labor Day is a celebration of work. But leadership gives us another question: Are we willing to carry our share of the load? And as leaders, are we helping the people around us carry theirs?”

    1. Carry your own load.
Accountability. Don't ask others to do what you're unwilling to do.
    • What does “carrying your share” look like on your team?

    2. Help others carry theirs.
Servant leadership. Sometimes leadership means stepping in.
    • Are you carrying responsibilities that someone else should own?

    3. Don't carry someone else's load forever.
Development. Your job isn't to make people's problems disappear; it's to make them capable of solving them.
    • Are you building capable people or creating dependency?
