Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
We had 11 great guys attend our beatdown. They include and FNG, Robert “Data” Connor, Ben Rudy Hoipkemier, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Richard Fraction Altman, Eric Isosceles Puffenberger, Dave Lyman Ramsey, Josh Woodstock Brown, Alec Meatloaf Falkenberg,
Steve Footloose Mohr, Charlotte and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. The beatdown consisted of four stations around the drive where you completed a set at a station and moved onto the next station. At station one we did 30 Big Boy sit ups, 20 Merkins and 15 to each side sit throughs. At station two we did 20 starfish sit ups,2=1, 20 diamond merkins, and 30 LBCs. At station three we did 30 freddy mercurys, 2=1, 15 burpees, 30 flutter kicks, 2=1. and at station 4 we did 30 American Hammers, 20 Mike Tysons, and 30 Hello Dollys. We named our FNG and ended in a circle of trust.
