This boot camp style workout site has it all. Hills, ramps, basketball courts, ball field, steps, playground, open space and a picturesque view of the mighty Maumee. There’s even a giant Black Swamp frog. The possibilities are endless.

The Thang:
A “ruck roulette” as Flo later described it. Coupons to choose from in the Yard this morning. Our route was a simple up the hill, about face and back down to the end of the “pier”. Somewhere in between the 2 points was a station set up with various coupons to choose from. During the ruck one could choose to take, leave or swap out coupons as they see fit.
