This boot camp style workout site has it all. Hills, ramps, basketball courts, ball field, steps, playground, open space and a picturesque view of the mighty Maumee. There’s even a giant Black Swamp frog. The possibilities are endless.

5 Principles, motto & credo.
The Thang:
“We” rucked out to the end of the pier/sidewalk thingy and then did a couple laps of what I have dubbed “the Flo Loop”.
I honked at a few geese and was barked at by a dog.
Also, brought the “Franco” along with me (32# sandbag) for a bit. He keeps good company, when necessary.
Ended without announcements, but did a solo COT.
I am grateful for F3, rucking, my health and my family. I have been blessed with far more than I deserve.
