This boot camp style workout site has it all. Hills, ramps, basketball courts, ball field, steps, playground, open space and a picturesque view of the mighty Maumee. There’s even a giant Black Swamp frog. The possibilities are endless.

The Thang:
Rucked up through town in Rossford. 3 min timer and rotated a 15lb medicine ball and a 30lb (Franco, he’s 32lbs, technically) sandbag.

We had a beautiful spring morning. The temperature was right around 32 degrees, but there was no wind, so it felt really nice. Heavy fog on the water at the Yard, looked pretty cool.
During the ruck, we got to hear some of Huffy’s family history. His grandparents lived a few short blocks from the Yard and he shared some stories from his youth. It was interesting to VG and I, being that we both grew up in states other than Ohio. Good times, good morning, great HIM.

An over night ruck CSAUP is in the near future.
COT / BoM:
Prayed for Vg’s friend Alex. They recently laid his father to rest. Huffy’s sister and another family member who are experiencing health issues.
