After each bench set, 15 ballerina squats
Lt Dan’s wet dream down the ramp (lung lunge broad jump)
10 jump squats at top landing
Run down to next landing
25 Australian merkins
Run down to bottom, run a lap.
15 box jumps.
Repeat.
