Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    We did some side straddle hops, reviewed a few of the exercises broke off into 2 groups of 8 (Half staying at Riverside and half down Penny Lane on a Magical Mystery Tour to Hood Park) for a some Helter Skelter exercises. The Beatdown was:
    Station #1 – Come Together (with social distance)
    Dips 25 Reps
    Ski Jumpers (Twist and Shout) 25 Reps
    Step Ups / Box Jumps 25 Reps

    Station #2 – The Fool On the Hill
    Decline Merkins 25 Reps
    Cheerleader Jacks 25 Reps
    Incline Merkins 25 Reps
    Imperial Walk Down Abby Road to Station #3

    Station #3 – Sargent Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band
    Burpees 10 Reps
    Big Boy Shoulder Press – 5 Presses each Big Boy (Sitting on a Corn Flake) 20 Reps
    Rock Stars (Helter Skelter) 10 Each Side

    We finished 2.5 to 3 rounds then had to Come Together right Now (at 6:08) over the COT. We did the Counterama / Namerama (Special Guest Ringo was at the Wall). Venom was the 6. Thanks to Jennay for continually encouraging Venom to come out to the Gloom. We went through announcements and prayers.
    I wanted to call out 2 PAX; Hannibal lead the Riverside Group while I lead the Group in the Hood (Park) and Meatloaf kept a competitive push though out the beatdown. When I Needed a Little Help From My Friends, I know I can count on the HIM PAX of F3!! Thanks Brothers!!
