Due to the increases in the Covid-19 and local advisories we decided to bring back our virtual workouts. If you don’t feel safe meeting in person at our normal workouts participate in your yard, garage, basement or wherever you feel comfortable.

    SETS: 25/20/15/10/5

    Spiderman Merkin (1 is 1)
    Starting position in high plank, bring right knee to right elbow and hold. Perform Q’s desired number of merkins either IC or OYO. Switch to left side and bring left knee to left elbow and hold. Perform Q’s desired number of merkins either IC or OYO.

    Dirty Dog/Fire Hydrant

    Alternating Shoulder Taps (2 is 1)
    From the Merkin position, alternate touching your left hand to right shoulder and right hand to left shoulder. IC or OYO.
    Squats

    Big Boy Sit Ups

    Nolan Ryan (right then left)
    Start in a side plank position with your ungrounded arm extended. Complete a punching motion as if someone, namely Robin Ventura, were under your other arm.

    Dolly

    Rest: Jog in place 30 seconds between sets
