“Beamer Ruck”
– 50 Merkins
– 50 big big sit-ups
– 0.5 mile ruck with heavy hands (lateral raises with 5s and 10s, curls with 15s, overhead presses with 20s)
– Beamers (blockees, but with 6×6 beams) – AMRAP – halted due to grip so we are buying handles (send $$ to Dora if interested in contributing)
– 50 merkins
– 50 big boy sit-ups
– Circle of Trust (prayer for pregnant wives and families of those on the Titanic sub)
– Colson left for work
– the rest of us did another 0.25 mile ruck with heavy hands (lateral raises with 5s, curls with 10s, overhead press with 15s)
