The thang:
Father Figure 500
– [ ] Warmup / stretch
– [ ] We pushed Dora’s car with the blocks inside to the water treatment plant steps – 0.36 mile
– [ ] We did sets of 10 of each, then ran the steps between each set.
– [ ] Men makers with coupons
– [ ] CPRs (coupon curl, press, raise)
– [ ] Bird dog merkin
– [ ] Big boy sit-ups or Captain Thor with 4 American hammers
– [ ] Superman Merkins
– [ ] Colson completed 2 sets, plus some extra Merkins and sit-ups before leaving at 6. Dora, Bob Ross, and I did 4 sets before COT at 6:20.
– [ ] We all ran back 0.36 mile and dropped off Bob Ross. Dora and I completed that lap plus another and I did an additional 0.36, for a total of 1.44 for me, 1.08 for Dora, and 0.36 for Bob Ross.
