We meet in the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

The Ruck: Coupons Old Glory (The Flag), and a 15lbs slam ball.
Crossed the bridge and were blocked by water by the River. Headed up to the tow trail, and came back, crossed the bridge doing a wall sit Indian run handing off the coupons to keep them up front. Picked up some trash n Maumee Western Reserve Road and Returned to the lot on Rapids Road.
We finished in the COT Guardian was the 6. He is an awesome example of what F3 is about. Came out on his own and has be a great part of the PAX since. We closed in announcements and prayer. Be that person who impact another dudes life. Find those sad clowns and show them the joy of the gloom!! As always its an honor to lead the HIMS of F3!!
