Gathered with the Ruckers for opening, mission, core principles.
Runners took a mosey to bicentennial park via cherry street. At the park we did indian run around the various loops, and stopped for PT, chosen by the momentary front-runner, at the picknic shelter in the middle. 100 merkins of different stripes and some dips.
Made our way back to the Levy for a stretching session to close.
Backblast for 4-12. For the runners, we just ran Landslide’s Loop to get some mileage in. The runners were Eli Oil Change Reichenbach, Josh Woodstock Brown, Daniel Mile High Cordova, Jake Jenny Wittmer, Jeff Spaulding Lonsbrough, and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. The ruckers were Scott Geppetto Schutt, John Huffy Peer, Allen Lego Reinmeyer and their Q Dave Flo Walbom. Flo will post what the ruckers did.
