Tuesday runs are thriving right in the heart of Perrysburg at the Commodore Building. This will open up many new routes for all runners to “enjoy” with our run leader Coconut.

F3 Mission: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith; To plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to invigorate male community leadership
Principles of F3:
• It must be free of charge
• It must be open to all men
• It must be held outdoor, rain or shine, hot or cold
• It must be peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the workout, with no training or certification necessary
• It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

Before the workout I was watching Coconut do murder bunnies and I couldn’t understand why.
The Thang: Run, Lunge, Crawl
Run to Hood park. Between Hood and Riverside sprint, staying and stopping at the white markers. Then run up the ramp. At the top of the ramp we lunge walked to the stairs. Ran down the stairs and ramp. Back to Hood park, again, sprinting between the white markers. Bear crawl up the hill. Repeato.
We did get stuck at a train on the way back to the Levy. Some kept running others planked or held Al Gore.
Then we circled up for COT (Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The 6.
The 6: Geppetto
Ended with a talk about leadership that was inspired by the below article.
