Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playground equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    Set Up:
    4 lights in a line
    Distance 30 yards
    The Thang:
    PAX split into teams of 2. While one partner would perform an exercise, the other partner sprinted 30 yards did 5 burpees and sprinted back. Then switch. Continue to count together until 50 of each exercise was completed
    Partner Exercises:
    R – Reverse Lunges (2-is-1)
    A – Absolutions
    D – Lt. Dans
    I – Inchworms
    O – Overhead Clap
    REPEATO to 100 reps

    Prayers: Prayers for Flubber’s family as they wait for his father to make a recovery. Prayers for those enduring the cold and dealing with sickness.
