  1. 4 Corners

    PAX:
    Oil Change
    Fossil
    Nitrous
    Malware
    Bourbon
    Spaulding
    Peach
    Venom
    Huckleberry
    Grapevine (FNG)
    Callahan
    LEGO (Q)

Our FNG (Grapevine) showed up in a walking boot. Much respect to anyone that comes out the first time to a workout group in a walking boot! Unfortunately, the PAX that EH’d him was not there. We told the FNG the Mission, the 5 core principles and the disclaimer. Then mosey to the hill area for the Thang.

    The Thang:
YHC walked with the FNG while the other PAX mosied ahead. They were eager and did some SSH and merkins while they waited for us to join them. YHC took them on a tour of the circle by the hill showing the work at each “corner” of the loop.

    Corner 1 (Chest):
    20 merkins
    20 wide merkins
    20 diamonds
    Mosey to next corner.

    Corner 2 (Shoulder):
    20 Carolina Dry-Docks
    20 Shoulder taps (2=1)
    20 Air Presses
    Sprint to next corner.

    Corner 3 (Legs):
    20 Copperhead Squats
    20 Bonnie Blairs
    10 Single leg deadlifts (2=1)
    Mosey to next corner.

    Corner 4 (Abs):
    20 Big Boy Sit ups
    20 American Hammers
    20 Supermans
Sprint back to the start and repeat.

YHC called time and got everyone to head back to the flag. Huckleberry cleaned up our mess, grabbing phones, water and gloves. YHC stopped and EH’d another man working in the middle of the loop. Hope to see him next Monday!

    CoT:
Count-o-rama, Name-o-rama and the Six. Spaulding is closing in on 500 posts and still loves coming out for the challenges and comraderie. FNG got his name Grapevine because he slipped on a grape and broke his foot! We encouraged his return and healing. Tried a new meditation (Tonglen) that focuses on breathing in suffering and out positive energy.
