The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

Mosey over to the baseball diamond after getting into teams of 4 or 5.
Each PAX starts at a base so each team has 1 PAX at each base. AMRAP unless you are at home plate.
1st Base does Squats
2nd Base does markins
3rd Base Big Boy Sit-ups
On-deck circle: Air Presses
Home Plate: 15 burpess
Once PAX does 15 burpees, move to 1st to advance the runners one base. Each time a PAX crosses home plate, throw a card into the bucket to keep score.
Each “inning” is 4 minutes long and defines the movement between bases.
1st inning: Sprint
2nd Inning: Lunge walk
3rd: Bear Crawl
4th: Crab Walk
5th: Duck Walk
6th: Bear Crawl
7th: Lunge Walk
