Monday Motivation

F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
Be free of charge
Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold (except when the governor says we have to stay home)
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust
The Thang:
Pax counted off, evens started with one set of exercises, odds started with another.
Evens:
50 SSH
40 BBSU
30 Bonnie Blairs
20 Squats
10 Burpees
Run one lap
Odds:
50 Imperial Walkers
40 Merkins
30 LBC’s
20 Lt. Dan’s
10 Absolutions
Run two laps
Flip flop after completing your circuit. Repeato until time called.
We ended in a Circle of Trust with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The Six and a prayer.
Woodstockl was the six. Eh’d by F3 Toledo at the MacQueens race. Named Woodstock because his last name is Brown. Appreciates the support from the group and guys posting at Foundry

I’m gaining weight and it’s killing me! Before bed I posted a last second black ops opportunity for Foundry 05:00-05:30 just a quick warmup before Monday Motivation with Geppetto.
The exercise:
100 t-merkins
100 BB situps
Mosey/walk around the track
Coconut and I divided these a bit different, but completed the full round.
Thank you to Coconut for joining me and Bourbon for coming towards the end as well. Good shieldlock and mumblechatter before the regular beatdown. I will post more of these to get some extra calories burned!
