Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.

THE THANG: An escape room themed beatdown with stations and puzzles. Stations were set up around Grace Church and Woodlands Park with a short list of exercises and a puzzle at the end of each one that led you to the next station.
Team 1 starts at station 1, Team 2 at Station 5 and Team 3 at Station 3.
Station 1: Each man must complete the following:
● 10 absolutions
● 25 LBCs
● 25 squat jumps
● Team 1 goes to 6 – A witch may put a hex, or a spell, on someone. In math, “hex” means what number?
● Team 2 goes to 3 – March 14th is Pi Day! When you round Pi to the nearest whole number, you get what?
