Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship.

The Thang:
It was a wild and crazy winter night as these men came out to get better. I had something extremely difficult for them to do. But I decided not to. Rather focus on form and movement cause of the cold.
After principals and chatter, we saw the sights of levis commons for a few with a Mosey. Oh, how beautiful. After which we came back to some warm up elevator merkins to keep up the intensity. Tonight was all about 31. So we did a ladder workout with that number. The two excersizes were LBCs and air presses with a run loop around the island in between. I could see the their faces as they pushed themselves as hard as they could to break a sweat. 😆 It was amazing
