Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    After the beatdown, we took 5 minutes then started back up. The wind was the worst it had been, and we sped toward the woods, the same way we came up. We were fortunate to see Tupac twice, since he is training for his marathon. We made it back, and had 12+ miles on the day – running and rucking combined.

    GTE PT TEST. Broken into 2 laps 15 t merkins, 15 butterfly sit-ups. 2 laps 15 t merkins, 15 butterfly sit-ups. 2 laps 20 t merkins, 20 butterfly sit-ups. 2 laps.

    Partner work. Encouraged pax to use ruck for merkins, burpees, squats, air press. While one partner did reps, other lung walked or bear crawled out.
