Message:
We should follow the example set by Moses at the Battle of Rephidim between the Israelites and the Amalekites. Moses was supported by Aaron and Hur at the top of the hill as Moses tried to hold up his staff so that the Israelites would be victorious in battle. A good leader should be willing to accept the assistance of others. We should be willing to embrace the support of trusted friends and advisors.

The “staff”: Each team must hold up blocks/rucks suspended from a 2×4. Must be held above the head at all times.
2-3 team members perform the movement to the flag and back.
All other team members perform the exercises
All team members must complete the movement and the exercises
