Beatdown Explanation:
Partner 1 and 2 start at cone 1. Partner 1 completes the FIRST exercise while on the way to cone 2. Partner 2 runs to cone 3 and back to wherever Partner 1 is. Switch. Partner 1 now runs to cone 3 and back to wherever Partner 2 is. Switch. Once your group makes it to cone 2, complete reps for the SECOND exercise. This continues until your group has made your way back to cone 1. If one person gets back to cone 1 while the other partner is running, run out to meet your partner and run back together.
