Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Pax – Cinnamons, Floaties, Rudy, Kiebler, Fat Amy, Lonzo, Reload, Meatloaf, Mercy, Footloose,
Ladder type beatdown, separate 6 cones approximately 10 yards apart in a straight line. At the start line, murder bunny to Cone 1 and perform exercise. After completion of the exercise at Cone 1, lunge walk with block back to start line. Run a lap around movie theater (ended up changing the route of the run to around the Fallen Timbers pond). Once back from the run, at the start line, murder bunny to Cone 2 and perform exercise. Lunge walk back to Cone 1 and perform exercise. Lunge walk to start line and repeat run. Follow this ladder style for the rest of the cones and remainder of the workout.
Cone 1.) Burpees – 5
Cone 2.) Merkins – 10
Cone 3.) Squats with Block – 15
Cone 4.) Lunges with Block (2 is 1) – 20
Cone 5.) LBC’s – 25
Cone 6.) Flutter Kicks with Block Overhead (2 is 1) – 30
