Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.

    In the COT, prayers were lifted up for our troops, first responders and that we’d be virtuous leaders.

    Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!

    THE THANG: Stations of progressively difficult exercises with partner work. One partner worked on exercises while the other did the movement portion, flip flop roles until reps of each exercise were completed, then moved to next station.

    Station 1:
    100 merkins, bear crawl/crawl bear to 1st cone
    75 diamond merkins, lunge walk to 2nd cone
    50 hand-release merkins, sprint to 3rd cone
    25 burpees, run to far cone & back
    Recovery lap around theatre

    Station 2:
    100 LBCs, crab walk to 1st cone
    75 American Hammers (2:1), butt kicks to 2nd cone
    50 Crunchy Frogs, high knees to 3rd cone
    25 Big Boys, run to far cone & back
    Recovery lap around theatre

    Station 3:
    100 squats, crab walk to 1st cone
    75 calf raises, butt kicks to 2nd cone
    50 Bonnie Blairs (1:1), high knees to 3rd cone
    25 Lt. Dans, run to far cone & back
    Recovery lap around theatre

    Station 4:
    100 mountain climbers (2:1), bear crawl/crawl bear to 1st cone
    75 plank jacks, lunge walk to 2nd cone
    50 shoulder taps (2:1), sprint to 3rd cone
    25 stump huggers, run to far cone & back
    Recovery lap around theatre

    Station 5:
    100 flutter kicks (4:1), crab walk to 1st cone
    75 supermans, butt kicks to 2nd cone
    50 V-Ups, high knees to 3rd cone
    25 Captian Thors (1:4), run to far cone & back
    Recovery lap around theatre
