    Warm up (in cadence):

    Q gave direction of the three stations set up around the Pit of Despair.

    Round one: 10 reps of exercises
    Round two: 20 reps of exercises

    PAX were directed to travel between stations by running. Whole session was scheduled as 10 reps per, but Q noticed that some PAX were getting done quickly, so audible was called for change up to 20 reps:

    Merkins
    Burpees
    Squats
    Forward lunges (2 is 1)
    Backward lunges (2 is 1)
    Hand release merkins
    Decline Merkins
    Tuck Jumps
    Absolutions
    Plank Shoulder Taps
    Glute bridges
    Dips
    Single Leg Squats (10 per leg)
    Calf Raises
    10 sec Plank
    10 sec Al Gore
    10 sec 6” Leg Lift Hold

    Q explained his “surprise” today was that throughout the day, it the PAX completed 2 more miles of running, that with the reps completed, they are all finishers of a Virtual Spartan Sprint.

    Jimmy Dean was the 6 today, talked about being EH’d by a podcast by Dredd and OBT, and how F3 helped pull him out of a dark place after the loss of his mother.

    Prayers were sent for safety, intelligence, and guidance on how we can be better HIM in these tough times.

    Felt great to lead this group of men today! It was my honor.
