Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    The Thang:
    Warm up: 1 Lap, 1:00 min Side Straddle Hops, 1:30 Air Presses, 1:00 Flutter Kicks

    Cones were set up around fallen timber mall. A small Reindeer was hidden at each location. When we got to each cone the group had to find the reindeer. The person who found it would be the groups designated runner for that round. The time it took for the group to find the reindeer was added to the timed exercise for that round.
    The rest of the group would do the first exercise while the designated runner returned the reindeer to a “central” location. When the runner got back we moved on to the second exercise for the set time + penalty.
    1) Sprint to Road, 1 Merkin at each end
    1:30 – Mountain Climbers

    2) Split Jacks
    1:30 – Lt. Dans

    3) Inclined Merkins
    1:30 Derkins

    1:30 – Crab Humpers

    10) V-Ups
    1:30 Double Sit Ups
    We had a few heavy penalties, and some mozzying between cones so we were not able do zone 10, we decided Santa and his reindeer minus rudolph was enough to save christmas! Just over 1.5 miles running without being the designated runner, 3mi if you were the designated runner for all of them.
