Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Split up into two teams Gave instructions: Start between C7/C6 poles. As a team, run to C5. Complete 30 reps of an exercise. All PAX must finish their reps before moving on to the next pole. Team members can pick up the six on their team. When finished, run to C4. Do same as C5, but a different exercise and only 24 reps. Run to C5 and do the same as previously mentioned. Run back to Start/Finish line. We complete six “laps” listed below:
