Warm up / Pre burn – SSH/cadence / 20; Merkins, cadence, 30; lunge down to cone and back OYO.
Compounding block movements: block on ground above head. 14 block up to above chest and back down. 14 chest press. 14 4 count flutter kicks, block above chest. 14 chest press. 14 block pullovers. Repeat 3 times, with hard sprint between each set to end of field and mosy back.
Gorilla Complex: 8 Curls For Girls, 8 High Pulls, 8 Overhead Presses, 8 Tricep Extensions, then drop coupon for 8 incline Merkins. mosey to cones and back. Repeat 8x
Pistons – block on ground, squat, grab, stand, squat, drop, finish with jump. Repeat 15x, run a lap. 15 each leg bucket brigade lunges (backward lunge twisting towards the backward moving leg). Piston squats *20, 10 each side bucket brigade lunges.
Mary: American hammer with block (10, 2 is 1), BBSU with block (10), flutter kick with block (20), flapjack and do 1 hand on block plank jacks (10 each side), 10 each side block pull throughs.
