Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

After everyone finished their last squat we did a combined 10 man makers per Pax (110 in total). But, Every 5 per pax and we rifle carried 20 yds to the next line and did 5 more till completed

Act 2: week 1 & 4
Murder bunny out 20 yds
10 blockee push ups

20 jungle boy squats
Murder bunny out
30 big boy sit-ups

20 curl/press
10 blockee jump burpees
When done, find a pax and bring them home. Then find another one. Whole group done together.
Encore Act:
10 total – 5 each, Murder Bunny out 20 yds and rifle carry back.
