    Started off with some Side Straddle Hops, then some arm circles for warm up.
    2 Rounds of:
    20 Merkins
    20 Leg Lifts
    20 Merkins
    20 Little Baby Crunches
    20 Merkins
    20 American Hammers
    20 Merkins
    20 Big Boy Sit-ups
    20 Merkins
    20 Flutter Kicks
    Run the circle over the bridge, down the path, back over far bridge, down alley back to park.
    Similar to before but with squats instead of merkins.
    20 Squats
    20 Leg Lifts
    20 Squats
    20 Little Baby Crunches
    20 Squats
    20 American Hammers
    20 Squats
    20 Big Boy Sit-ups
    20 Squats
    20 Flutter Kicks

    CoT to close with Crackshot as the 6th.
