Warm-up: SSH and mosey to Basketball courts
The Thang:
Basketball Knockout – standard rules, but had to do a burpee for every missed shot (honor your burpees once you made it)
Once you’re knocked out, do 5 burpees and assigned exercise on the side (Al Gore, Flutter kick, Merkins, SSHs)
We were serenaded with reveille by Patch Adams on our mosey back to the library!
