In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.

Beatdown brought to us by CycleWerks in Whitehouse.
After a quick intro, Mission Statement, 5 CP and COR, we moseyed over to CycleWerks where we counted off into 4 groups. YHC set up 4 stations (like the spokes in a bike wheel) consisting of just two exercises followed by a short recovery run. When all members of each of the four groups completed all the required reps, the group would run to their designated location and back then hold plank or Al Gore until the last group returned. The plan was for us to get through all four “spokes” on the wheel. We only got through 3 rotations, so we added on a merkin circle or squatavators at the end…I can’t remember which now.
The four stations were as follows:
Freddie Mercury and Seated block presses then run to Crust and back.
Slo-Mo Mountain Climbers and absolutions then run to Local Thyme and back.
London Bridges and box jumps then run to water tower and back.
American Hammers and Apollo Ono’s then run to Victorian House and back.
Playlist consisted of SoulCycle Pandora station.
