In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.
Opening day crew in the Gloom:

5:30 Slider lead off with the mission statement, 5 core principles, and countorama.
Mosey to the hill for warm ups, lead by Slider, in cadence- side straddle hops, imperial walkers, and chain breaker.
Mosey to station 1 where group did merkens, leg lifts, and jump squats in rounds of 5, 10, then 15 and finished holding plank.
Mosey to station 2 where group performed inch worm merkens and lieutenant dans to the count of 10: 1-9, 2-8, 3-7 etc…
Finished the station with wall sits on the police station wall 😂.
Mosey to 3rd and final station where Century Dual Circle Merk was attempted.
Two members of the PAX doing Merks in opposite directions, evens one way, odds the other to 100. Needs work and better explanation.
Mosey back to base for countorama (27!), nameorama, and 6
