5 Core Principles
Warm-up: 5 count Squativators & 40 SSH
The Thang:
Break into 3 teams
Each team gets a Tennis ball, kickball, football, soccer ball, and a frisbee
Play “golf” – Throw or kick ball towards the designated pin for each hole.
*Use 1 item, can’t use it again until used all others.
Object: Finish the hold and do 1 burpee per stroke (-2 burpees for fastest team to finish)
