    Bunyan, Simmons, Gepetto, Lonzo, Moana, Shake & Bake, Einstein (FNG), Mercy (Q)

    Intro, Explanation, and it starts.
    Mile (plus some) run to Keener park, Murph reps, mile run back.
    100 pullups, 200 merkins, 300 squats.

    Mercy had the great idea, influenced by Moana, to add 100 burpees to the Murph. This made the murph take longer. Wasn’t the wisest choice from time management perspective. However, 10 rounds of 10 pullups, 10 burpees, 10 merkins, and 30 squats is not easy.

    Other crazies in the group wore their 20 pound vests, as God intended the Murph to be done.

    COT, Mercy took the group out in prayer after running back to MC2.
