The thang:
Station 1: 10 Lunges 2 is 1, 20 Squats, 30 calf raises. Run to Station 2
Station 2: 10 Big Boi Situps, 20 Flutter kicks 2 is 1, 30 LBC’s. Run to Station 3.
Station 3: 10 Carolina dry Docks, 20 Merkins, 30 dips. Run around Library to Station 1
Repeato
Last few minutes exercise dice starting with the youngest ones there.
COT
Closed with a short prayer.
