The Thang:
4 corners of tennis court = 4 stations per round. 7 rounds ranging from 7 reps at each station for round one and increasing by 7 reps per round at each station to a max of 28 reps per station. From 28 reps, in increments of 7, back down to 7 reps per station for round 7. 7-14-21-28-21-14-7.
