  1. Backblast – April 21, 2021
AO: Grantland – Rotary Park – Perrysburg, OH
    QIC: Geppetto
PAX: Red Ryder, Geppetto, Bourbon, Huckleberry, Hannibal
    Workout: Alt Rock Wednesday

No FNG’s so right into Mission and Principles:
    F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission – Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
    Be free of charge
    Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust

    The Thang:

Round One: 3 minute AMRAP of each exercise
    -Step Ups/Box Jumps
    -Dips
-Merkins (Incline, Decline, Regular, PAX Choice)
    -Squats
    -Big Boi Sit Ups
Run Parking lot to the Flag poles and back
Round Two: 2 minute AMRAP same as above – run
Round Three: 1 minute AMRAP same as above – time called

    Count-O-Rama – Five
    Name-O-Rama
    Circle of Trust
Sharing of the six – Huckleberry – EH’d by Bourbon and The Blade. First workout was at Sidecut. Wasn’t really looking for friendships in retirement but found them with F3. Loves the Fellowship aspect!

Announcements: I forgot to ask for announcements!

Ball of Man – Prayers for homeless, prayers for everyone involved in the Floyd/Chauvin trial. Prayers for unity and for our first responders.

Spreadsheets from the Gloom: Heavy snow overnight and coldish temps kept a bunch of PAX in the fartsack. For those HIM who posted, we had some good chatter, jammed out to some good tunes and got the day started right!

It was an honor to lead.
