Warmed up with high knees and SSH. Moseyed to the tennis courts.
Thang 1: suicides across the 5 courts hitting each doubles line, 5 prisoner squats at baseline.
Thang 2: suicides to outside and front front court midlines, 3 burpees at the baseline
Thang 3: partner up, each team has 1 ball. Partner A they’re the ball and drops to do merkins while partner B “fetches” the ball and brings it back. Repeato for ~10 minutes, with an exercise change to flutter kicks at 5 minutes. Great audible finisher to have 2 strong arm PAX throw and everyone try and fetch before it hit the far fence.
Thang 4: doubles. Throw the ball out of bounds, your team does 10 Mike Tysons and opponents do SSH. Get 1 bounce on opponents court without them catching, they do 10 Mike Tyson’s while your team does SSH. 10 minutes.
