Large park with running paths, soccer fields, playground, and parking lot for what can be an epic boot camp style beatdown!
8 fearless men braved the cold and the elements to bond on this glorious day! They were Josh Lonzo Hoot, Scott Geppetto Schutt, Daniel Mile High Cordova, Rick Huckleberry Thielen, Josh Woodstock Brown, Jeff Spaulding Lonsbrough, Ben Rudy Hoipkemier, and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble. We had two stations that we rotated to through the snow. In front, after we cleared some snow, we did 10 Manmakers, 20 overhead presses, 30 squats and 40 curls, all with blocks. By the shelter house we did 10 pull ups, 20 decline merkins, 30 bonnie blairs and 40 dips. We kept rotating through the stations until time was up. We ended in a circle of trust and pushed out Mile High and Spaulding from the snow!
